We are open to fill this position in every ENERCON location in Germany.

Your tasks:

• Lead change projects due to cultural transformation with regard to safety
• Lead and participate in special national projects and (inter-)national working groups on cross-functional topics
• Building a foundation of safety management systems as well as to maintain and develop the management system according to ISO 45001 and EN requirements
• Responsible for coordinating external ISO certifications audits and ensure that certifications are maintained
• Develop tangible processes to actively measure safety performance throughout e.g. leading indicator schemes

Your qualification:

• Degree in engineering, completed technical apprenticeship with further education to master craftsmen or technician or equivalent qualification as well as certification as a specialist for occupational safety (SiFa)
• Several years of experience as (senior) safety engineer, ideally from an highly standardized safety evironmentin an international environment
• Proven internal auditor skills to support execution of safety maturity assessments internationally
• In depth knowlegde on standards, processes and procedures is required
• Highly articulate, both written and spoken, in German and English
• Open and engaging personality to ensure frequent exchange with other functions
